Core office hours during fall and spring semesters are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Document reviews are available by appointment during academic breaks, including summer and winter sessions. If you need to meet virtually for document reviews, please call our office at 607-753-4715 to book an appointment.
Drop-in hours (no appointment needed) during academic year (fall/spring excluding academic breaks):
- Resume, cover letter, and personal statement reviews
- Monday through Thursday 1 to 3 p.m. (in-person at Van Hoesen Hall, Room B-5, first-come, first-served)
- Please bring a printed copy of your document(s) to in-person appointments
